Visa processing
Our service fee is non-refundable once an application has been submitted to an embassy or visa centre, as work has already been carried out. If we have not yet submitted your application, the fee is refundable in full, less any third-party costs already incurred.
Flights and hotels
Refunds follow the airline's or hotel's own cancellation terms, which we'll share with you before you pay. Any Edufly service fee is separate and is refundable only if a booking has not yet been made.
Tours and summer school
Cancellations made well in advance of the departure or start date receive a larger refund than those made close to it, reflecting supplier deposits already paid on your behalf. Exact cut-offs and percentages will be confirmed here once agreed with our tour and programme partners.
Study abroad enquiries
The initial enquiry is free. If you proceed to paid application support, its refund terms will be set out separately before you pay.
